Tonight begins the comeback! History will be made!

Oh good

BOSTON -- For the second time in the first three games of the Stanley Cup Final, Stephen Walkom and Dan O'Rourke will serve as the referees as the series shifts to Boston for Game 3 at TD Garden on Monday night.
That pair also worked the series opener last Wednesday, which Vancouver won 1-0 at Rogers Arena. That game featured 14 penalties and 12 power plays, with each team going 0-for-6 on the man advantage. But even with that many calls, Walkom and O'Rourke still missed Alexandre Burrows' bite on Patrice Bergeron, though the Canucks agitator was given an extra minor for roughing in that scrum at the end of the first period.

Late hit to the head...no excuse for that. This needs to be a major AND a suspension. Rome should be done for a while.

Re: 2011 NHL Playoffs III: History Will Be Made

The Crosby Protocol is in effect... Shanny, don't worry about suspensions... we'll just take a Sedin for our troubles and we'll call it even.

Re: 2011 NHL Playoffs III: History Will Be Made

Does it really take three guys to check a player after the whistle?

Re: 2011 NHL Playoffs III: History Will Be Made

Hard to watch. Horton's done for the series, at least.

Don't be so sure -- he was moving his arms before they taped them together.

As much as I want the 'nucks to win, I hope he does come back. Agree that Rome should be done. What a bonehead
