If you get a chance to see the replay, you'll see it was actually Thomas that took out Gomez. Gomez was pulling up; Thomas falling back and his skates tripped him up (not to mention Thomas' skates were outside the crease). Good non call.

No worries. It's the Capitals' postseason. This is their year. Everyone else is just filling up the schedule.
