Am I disappointed in how the series is going? Absolutely.

Have the Wings made it further than I thought they would? Absolutely.

Am I getting sick of listening to the 'Hawks fans gloat how superior their team is compared to the Wings? Absolutely.

That photo reminds me of the time I was sitting in the bleachers at Fenway and some 5 year old started verbally berating Yankee fans. It was funny when it happens, but you have too feel for parents who allow their kids to verbally attack people they don't even know.

You know, we do have a good number of those bandwagoners and 'puck bunny' types too. I'm sure what the long-time Chicago fans are dealing with now is exactly what the diehard Detroit fans were dealing with the early 90s.

Just sayin'. I will agree that the "Detroit Sucks" chants when they aren't even playing the Wings are rather stupid, but if they want to pretend that there's some longstanding, even-handed rivalry there, I guess they can have their fun. ;)
