I still think that is where your booster club comes in. They could buy the 25 DVDs. There have to be at least 20 UMD fans to whom they could resell immediately. If they are stuck with 5 to 10 copies, they sell one or two at each of their silent auctions until they are gone. But I think they'd be snapped up as soon as the club made it known that they existed. These are the type of problems a "power in numbers" organization like a booster club is created to solve. It might be sufficient if either the UMD boosters or program worked with the NCAA and assured them that they would buy up any copies needed to get to the 25 minimum.The contact person at the NCAA who I talked to, Geoff Gray, said the DVDs were $25 each. They want a minimum order of 25 to produce the DVDs at that cost. Assuming they don't give a discount for a bulk order (god forbid), the cost for 25 DVDs would be $625 plus whatever they charge for shipping.
