Re: 2010 Maine offseason: a lazy summer on the Stillwater

What is the lighting like in the arena at UMO? I'm wanting to take some photos when I come out but wonder how dark it is in there? Anyone on this board know what kind of settings I might have to use to get a decent photo? Thanks

They improved the lighting on the ice a few years ago, you shouldn't have any issues getting some good shots

It stinks.....bring lights or fast lenses. Possibility of new lights next year, I'm told.

Did Pryor ever play up front last year? I just noticed on the website he is listed as a F/D. This seems like a good idea where he will probably have a tough time getting a game this season as a dman.

From what I recall, he played 1 game as a forward in January (5 other games on defense). It appeared that maybe he was going to get more time up front, however, he then got injured and missed the remainder of the year. I'm interested in finding out what they plan to do with him this year.

Cozzy should be proud of the discipline of his football team

Re: 2010 Maine offseason: a lazy summer on the Stillwater

Ouellette is the key to the season, he doesn't have to be awesome but he needs to be consistent. Can't wait to see him play
...Just getting back online after Computer Crash...I agree with you that he will be key...make the saves he should...need the d-men to focus on their game and clearing out the front of the net and have the forwards buy into playing back all game and all season and they should be in ghood shape.

Re: 2010 Maine offseason: a lazy summer on the Stillwater

Is there any part of the game that isn't "key"?

Don't score too quick, Tribe. A TD pass with about :20 left will be fine.

Re: 2010 Maine offseason: a lazy summer on the Stillwater

So I was off by 3/10th of a second...

Re: 2010 Maine offseason: a lazy summer on the Stillwater

At least when UNH rolls Maine next week it won't matter as the season is already over

Re: 2010 Maine offseason: a lazy summer on the Stillwater

That should have been Maine's 12th penalty as that was two forward passes.

Game over.

They kept it under 20 penalties this week?

Seriously........how can Cosgrove keep doing this year after year with a straight face. He's already bilked the U. for $2 million+ over the last 17+ years........IT'S TIME FOR HIM TO GO!

He has friends in high places...or pictures of someone...

The season is over anyway. Maine would have to win out to have a shot at the playoffs. With Jack as the coach that won't happen.
