Oddly enough, according to livestats, Jenner was 3-11 but scored the 3rd goal right after back-to-back faceoff wins. :confused: I'll watch the game later this week, assuming the video archive works.

Also Bendus was +3 and won the faceoff before the last 3 Laker goals.

No doubt, but I imagine the Cornell fans are saying the same thing about Bailey Bram! Every time Cornell scored, Bram was able to even the score...3 times.

Cornell up on Harvard 1-0 after 1. Hughes scored a PP goal from White and Fortino. Cornell leads the shots on goal after 1 period 11-5.

What's going on, Matt-it seems game tracker or presto sports or whatever has ceased. Is that coirrect only one zero and one period played? Canb't find but five shots. Can't be correct.

Cornell 3-0 after two and leads the shots on goal 24-13. Amber Overguard scored from Hayley Hughes and Roger scored from Fortino and Hughes on the PP.

Dartmouth 3-0 to start the season. Big test tomorrow...Big Green will be seeing a lot of Big Red.

Penalties were 8-2 with one of Harvard's penalties being called after the end of the game.

I thought Harvard was uncharacteristically undisciplined. But they definitely have skill.

No video feed and I didn't want to pay to listen to an audio feed, so I didn't follow the game. Mostly because I underestimated the Beavers. Apparently so did the Bulldogs. Ouch.

Harvard is really young with a bunch of freshmen and sophomores dotting the roster. It will take some time before they jell and their early season schedule does them no favors. But I believe they will be heard from before the end of the season and perhaps pull an upset or two before March.
