Salem State will not be traveling out of region next year. I think they are keeping the same in-region OOC's but I have no idea who the other 2 games will be.

You have wonder who Norwich will play in the first game. I get the feeling that would like to play both Adrian and Manhattanville in the tournament. The talent level of Nicoles would appear to be a step below the other teams.

I'd bet that Norwich will play Nichols.

Adrian won't count for regional purposes and I'm sure Norwich would like to assure themselves of the best chance to play in their own tournament's title game.

I wouldn't be shocked if they went with Manhattanville too but definitely not Adrian unless they met on Day 2.

I guess not. I know that Szkodzinski was having some difficulty finding an east coast taker for that fourth spot. I would prefer an eastern team, but Marian is a nice addition.

They are also assuming they are going to the Phrozen Phour. :) According to their schedule, they will not have the bye in the first round of the Peters Cup, but they will have a bye in the First round of the NCAAs.

Better yet: They will not have a 1st round bye in the Peters Cup playoffs, but they WILL have home ice in the final game :rolleyes:

UWS 2010-11 Schedule

1st home game not until Nov. 27th vs. St. Thomas, but then home for next 12 of 14. Hopefully if they can come out of the 7 game road trip with a 6-1 or 5-2 record they should be ok.

I think Oswego played their first 6 or 7 on the road , and they had a pretty good yr, sometimes opening on the road is good, less pressure at times..good luck

But isn't the selection process our reason for existence?? :D I mean one of our members wants to pole dance @ the Mobius Club and others devote whole threads and their entire waking hours just to complain and explain the inner workings of the selection process.
