I'm amazed they were able to take even one game from Det -- maybe Peavy didn't get the "let's roll over and die" memo. Freddy Garcia may have managed to wake up the slumbering Tiger bats with a game of batting practice. Now they all feel confident and good about themselves.

Leave Kubel at home when going to a series in KC.
