Un-*ing believable.

What else can I say. Not quite 1991 level, but that was entertaining baseball.

I don't know how you can tell me that...Get the f out of here...

Seriously? You were a little kid.

I remember when the Tigers won in all in 1984, but 2006 was way better for me because I was older.

Same goes for when the Pistons won it all in 2004. Sure I remember when we won in 1988 and 1989, but 2004 was way better because I appreciated it more.

Well I guess I have a good memory...I remember the Hrbek to Harper to Hrbek double play. Jack going 10, Larkin and Gladden. I remember watching it in my parent's basement in awe. Is that good enough for ya???

You're old and remember stuff. You're also a total idiot. You're the one guy in a bunch that gives a fanbase a bad name. Go suck on it.

I can only imagine how loud the Dome was tonight. This game better be replayed later tonight on ESPN...because I just missed the game of the freaking decade!!!!

Re: 2009 MN Twins Part 3 - It's still not over...statistically

Again, you were 9 or 10 years old when that happened. You couldn't have appreciated the game or known as much about the game as you do now. How can you say that was better than this?

I haven't felt emotion like this since Magglio hit the homerun in the ALCS in 2006.

Being older and wiser does a lot for perspective. I really can't see how a 6 or 9 year old could say that that game was better than this one, because you can't really appreciate the mental aspects of the game at that age.
I was 10 years old and I still have a vivid memory of that game. Jack Morris vs. John Smoltz. Complete game shutout for Morris. Kirby Puckett robbing Ron Gant of a sure triple. Dan Gladden jumping on the plate for the winning run 1-0.

That's how good of a game it was.

BOX.

I turned 10 a week before the Tigers won the Series in 1984. I remember that team vividly, as well as the ones in 1982 and 1983, and even parts of 1981, when I was 6.
