Congrats to Vik on his first goal tonight. Gets called up and scores only 3 minutes into the game.

Lets hope he stays for now on.

jcarter predicted 117 goals this year, down three percent or so from 121 last year. with half of its games played, vermont is at a whopping 45. best of luck picking up 72 in 18 games. only 4.0 per!!!

I think you should just worry about those pesky ECAC teams.

And even with only 45 goals Vermont is still ahead of UML in Krach, PWR and RPI.....hmmmm.

And don't forget to add in that one of those PWR points comes from UVM beating UML (tiebreaker). Thank you UML for keeping UVM one step closer to the NCAA.

And even with only 45 goals Vermont is still 1 point behind Lowell in the Hockey East standings despite having played 1 more game ...hmmmm.

UVM beats UML as a TUC in the PWR, ergo they get a PWR point from the UML comparison between the two teams.........

Get it? No?

RPI : UVM
H2H : Tie
TUC : Tie
COP : UML

Result 1-1 , In the event of tie, the tiebreaker is RPI. Ergo UVM beats UML

jcarter doesnt understand the pwr; suffice to say, he will be in for a rude awakening when the pwr gets more meaningful data and starts to mirror those once important inch power rankings.

and I don't see much risk of missing much valuable going forward either as long as UVM continues to attract the angst of the friendless BC and UML fans
