Apparently being knocked down and colliding with the goalie is a penalty. Even when the person who hit the goalie is actually his own teammate. Sadly, the refs have been pretty consistent about that.

Bruins score on the ensuing PP, but it feels kinda dirty.
This game is being fairly oddly officiated...pretty sure they're ECAC refs...

Fairness schmairness. At least this game got interesting, for the first time all night. :)

Tie game.

I haven't seen the whole game, but yeah, it's seemed that way. Only calls I've had issues with were the Lucic boarding and that interference call on Buffalo.

Wooo, Bergeron! 2-2!

EDIT: I think Bergeron's slight mishandling of the puck confused Miller. Looked like he expected a shot earlier, then wasn't ready for Bergeron's actual shot.

Pretty decent save by Rask there...

Grier needs to get that up in the air.

4-2 Caps. They really make the most of their chances.

Ugh.

OK, so who is this team in black and gold? Because Bruins games, even playoff games, have rarely been this entertaining.

I hope you watched the first three because they've all been great.

My heart just stopped on that last play.

Apparently, knocking down your own goalie gets you a PP now...

There was a similar terrible call in Buffalo when Sobotka was knocked into Miller. Thems the breaks. Bruins have benefited from the refs tonight unlike the other games.

That Bergeron goal looked like Crosby on Miller in the Olympics.

That's what I meant by "Sadly, the refs have been pretty consistent about that." It's pretty much the only thing.

yet another instance of Boston clawing back into the game. Win or lose this series, you can't hate on their efforts in this series. Man I wish I could watch more of the games, especially if they were anything like game 2.

They took a vastly superior Montreal to 7 two years ago. Was within on OT GWG of the conference finals last year, and continuing to score and play great D against a higher ranked opponent this year ( losing vanek hurts, but so does losing savard).

P.S Montreal, learn to play some D. its like Christmas on Broadway eh?
