and that's the end of the 1st period, scoreless tie. UW gets about 30sec of a PP to start the 2nd period. UW leads SOG 12-9 after 1.

eddy with a couple of shots down low but are deflected wide, 1311 left in the 2nd, still scoreless.

as far as the PWR is concerned, ONLY factoring in this game, SCSU remains in a 3way tie for 4th if they win, and fall into a 3-way tie for 6th if they lose. After tie-breakers, however, they'd be in 6th either way. Wisconsin stays in 3rd place win/lose.

haha thanks :) about 950 of them are probably in score updates.

Osland gets hit in the head with 821 left in the 2nd, takes a while for him to get up, and UW is whistled for a 5min major CTH as Osland slowly skates off the ice.

135 left in the PP, SCSU getting a couple good chances but cant seem to corral the rebounds for opportunisitic 2nd chances

After Lasch comes back for a good defensive play as UW was going for a shorty chance, Mosey gets whistled for hooking with 407 left in the 2nd. 4x4 for 46sec, then UW goes on the PP
