So, for those who were there, what exactly did Sy Nutkevitch do to get a blindsided punch to the head after the game was over, and how exactly did he "deserve what he got" as the classy Buffalo State radio crew so eloquently put it as they chuckled away?

This is the first time Buff State has advanced, though it is not the first time they have won a SUNYAC playoff game. They beat Cortland in game one of the quarterfinals on 2/15/02, 4-0.

I'd bet a steak dinner on oz winning over fredonia, if anyone other than hawk wants to take that bet.

I don't get it. Lakers fans would have rather played the team they beat 3-0 on Saturday as opposed to the one they beat 10-2 two Fridays ago?

Agreed...they have been focused down the stretch and playing smart hockey as a team...no reason to think that will stop now...

We won 8-0 in 07 and then lost 3-2 in playoffs.. Fredonia is ALWAYS a tough out in the playoffs...just saying I'm weary of what could happen Saturday. They always seem to bite us lately in the playoffs...throw the records and scores out the window...they mean squat.
