That makes tonight's Lawrence-LFC tilt even bigger. A Lake Forest win eliminates CUW. A Lawrence win eliminates MSOE.

Congrats to Adrian on winning the #1 seed... well done...

Now, don't take this the wrong way... the old NCHA once had three teams listed as co-champs. Does Adrian claim the Peters Cup all by itself? I'm not up on the "linguistics" of how they do that

I believe we retain the Peters Cup. We're going to find out really soon.

EDIT: If there's two teams listed on the Cup, I'm not overly concerned. But it should remain in our possession this year.

Speaking of Bob Peters, the beaverradionetwork.com (Bemidji St) has a feature between periods (and archived on the site) where they talk with Coach Peters about the good old days. Fascinating stuff and you learn why things happened when and why they did.

Adrian and St. Norbert share the regular-season title. My understanding is the league was going to work out some sharing plan for the Peters Cup, but I haven't seen anything officially on that yet.

As always, thanks for the information.

Let's see, Adrian gets it one week, SNC the next and on Sundays they exhange the cup in Chicago - preferably while catching a Blackhawks/Wolves/Steel game...
