it's funny you say that.... I was at the girls game the other night against Norwich and a players parent had a noisemaker (some sort of horn thing) and bruce never said a thing....

Brockport had a great screen goal off the face off. Chewy came up big on one of his last saves. Plattsburgh appeared to score a third but waved. Looked like it hit the back pipe and deflected up and out hitting the cross bar. Have to wait to confirm it on video replay later. Plattsburgh dominating territorally.

0-0 after 1 at skidmore.

Skidmore controlled first 5 minutes but after that it was all cadets. Tons of great chances especially in the second half of the period but couldn't get one past Colin bessey. Kid continues to be a thorn in noriwch's side and I'm sure maroon and gold fans will be happy when he graduates this spring.

Shots are 16-7 Noriwch.

Cadets have 1:54 left of Pp time to start second period after terrible penalty in offensive zone 200 feet from goal by skidmore with 6 seconds left.

Nevin Lawler had the Carruba collision of the game for all you sabres fans out there as he had a clean open ice check to 6'4 vlad gvarik. He knocked the big fella back. Lawler didn't return to the ice tho after the hit. Maybe a skate malfunction as I saw him looking at the back of his skate as he came off.

Owen Carpino, duszynski and Thieda had best scoring chances. Duszynski got the pads stacked on him by bessey and Thieda pinched up to a
Wide open high slot after Thomas carried the puck into the corner. Thomas found Thieda but his shot was turned aside by a great blocker save.

After one: Geneseo - 4, Potsdam - 1

I got here late, eight minutes into the game. Couldn't get out of work in time.

Basically, Geneseo is converted on every good opportunity they had.
