Less than a minute into the 2nd period and Buffalo ties Utica 1-1

End of 2 on the shores of Lake Ontario...Cards still up 2-0. Cadiuex playing great, Cards blocking a ton of shots. Post (as in goal) is having a good game blocking a couple as well. Lakers owned much of that period but couldn't find the breakthrough.

After two, it is 3-2 Bowdoin, but Colby has the better part of a two minute powerplay to start the third.

Oswego has to bury the puck! Had Cadiuxieux beat, and hit the post on an open net. Tough for them going into the third down two

Bowdoin scores twice in the third, once even strength, once on the PP. Now lead 5-2 nine minutes left

FINALLY!!!! Lakers keep the puck in Cardinals end for seemingly a year and finally score at the end of a PP to make it 2-1. Muise with the goal. 9 mins left. GAME ON!

Oswego scores to cut the Cardinal lead to 2-1. Didn't see the goal, since the video feed keeps either cutting to a cartoon picture of a spider dangling from a web, or to the event selection screen... annoying, to say the least

4-0 Geneseo over Morrissville in 3rd. Issues with the radio feed, but guy in the studio updating score between songs.

Goal post is incredible tonight! Lakers have hit 3 or 4 in the last 4 mins. Last minute - 2-1 Plattsburgh. 51 ticks left. Faceoff deep in Cards end with Laker net empty. here we go!

Game over in Oswego...Plattsburgh wins round 1 2-1. Tremendous game - Cards earned it. <sigh>
