So Trump is about to bomb Iran, he already kidnapped Maduro, Health Care costs are insane, cost of living is out of control, ICE is running rampant unchecked...but lets check in on Congress to see how they are dealing with all of this!

They've decided on affordability for 2026. Anyone with half a brain knows that by November that will be the last thing anyone is thinking about. All people will be thinking about is two things, Greenland and when does the police knock on my door so they can deport me.

We can walk and chew gum at the same time.

Affordability does not elbow out fascism as a focus. In fact fascism argues "give up your rights we'll make you fat and rich." Affordability is a rearguard attack on the false promises of fascists.

Elizabeth Warren is a kitchen table economist, not an antifa civil libertarian. She has a lane. It's not incoherent for her to press on what she knows. I just saw her give a fantastic presentation on how Dump & the GOP are knifing all their own supporters economically. Lower middle class whites are getting the shaft in this economy, not merely because of mismanagement but because of the very actions Dump et al are taking. That's another important front in this war.

The Dems are the horse we need to mount and ride. Slagging them is like Muslims hating on them for not opposing Israel sufficiently. It is self-defeating.

Stop. They cant. They have showed this multiple times. You sound like Trumpers who think his bad decisions are 4D chess.

We can do it, they cannot. They made their decision...when it comes to ICE its "better training" and then pivot back to affordability.

Here is proof Kep...AOC gave them a message. "The money that was cut from the ACA subsidies is funding this". That is literally taking two major issues, ones that are killing Trump, and merges them into a message people react to. Has any Dem said it since? Or how about the Budget Crisis. Even mediocre politicians would see that basically threatening to cut off DHS funding is a card to play and AGAIN even allows them to use affordability and training as a tool. "People cant afford groceries but untrained ICE agents get 6 figures to kill people!" is a killer headline. And then when ICE still terrorizes without new funding people even see how unhinged all this truly is.

But the word is that Democrats in the Senate believe that since ICE will terrorize no matter what, why waste time fighting. When the House passes DHS appropriations the Senate Dems will put up almost zero fight just like with Health Care.

So either they cant do two things at once or are choosing not to. Either way you need to realize we are fighting on our own buddy. They wont stick their neck out.

(Plus a lot of them voted to support Laken Riley for a reason)
