Re: 115th Congress: On Permanent Vacation

So you want to increase the power of the rural areas by apportioning representatives based on votes? Really?

kep thinks that his method would encourage turnout from those lefties too bored to actually vote now.

No, I've explained below.

But if it helps I also want to abolish the Senate to cut down on dirt and shrubs voting.

That still doesn't help the 15% too young to vote or the 5% otherwise ineligible by citizenship or incarceration.

I'll believe it when he votes against it, but a Republican from f-cking Oklahoma is speaking something resembling the truth on The Heist.

If we can actually kill this thing dead my faith in humanity will be somewhat restored. After Reagan and Dubya this is the American middle class' last stand.

The young are a wash. If the states want to up their turnout they can eliminate all the laws against felons voting -- that's all state BS.

Noted Christian James Dobson is campaigning for Roy Moore.

… I’m asking my friends in Alabama to elect Judge Roy Moore to the United States Senate. Judge Moore is a man of proven character and integrity, and he has served Alabama and this country very, very well. I’ve known him for over 15 years, but recently I’ve been dismayed and troubled about the way he and his wife Kayla have been personally attacked by the Washington establishment. Judge Moore has stood for our religious liberty and for the sanctity of marriage, when it seemed like the entire world was against him. I hope you’ll vote for Judge Roy Moore for United States Senate.

Re: 115th Congress: On Permanent Vacation

How does a politician survive being exposed as a child molester? In Alabama it's pretty straightforward.

I think Jones' big ad-buy over Thanksgiving while Moore was laying low actually hurt him a bit. People didn't want to be inundated with political ads over a holiday weekend, and it makes it look like the DNC pumped a bunch of outside money into the race.
