10/28-10/29 Michigan Tech vs. Denver - Don't Leave without your Ice Cream

Re: 10/28-10/29 Michigan Tech vs. Denver - Don't Leave without your Ice Cream

gawd. most hated band ever. hotel california and all that. and it was like they were the second coming or something.

I love the nacho idea, but, being an adult and all that, I do not endorse, nor will I run if drafted etc etc etc

Or we gave you a 2 year heads up that we're dumping your sorry a$s, which isn't so absurd since you haven't put out in like 30 years. :)

These people actually rationalize the bull**** that their administration has done. ****ing amazing...and very pathetic.

The only thing more amazing and pathetic is your incessant whining about it, which only encourages more of them. Seriously, when it comes to this subject, you need to grow a pair.

Besides, someone has to finish in the bottom half of an eight-team conference, and it will be amusing to see who ends up being the perennial bottomfeeders in the NCHC. Spots 6-8 will likely miss the NCAA tourney, and I figure #5 won't always get an at-large bid either.

No way, man. They all have such stellar histories! All the NCHC and B1G schools will make the tournament every year, while the rest of us sit home and cry, wondering why we can't be great enough to be one of them.
/If something like that ever happened, I'll quit following this sport.

All that being said, I wonder if they won't use the same logic that you WCHA types have been using: "Yeah, we're in the bottom half of our conference, but it's deep, man! We'd be in the top tier of any other conference!"

I will never stop. I will hold a grudge for as long as I am a fan. If you don't like it, may as well put me on ignore.

I realize that this post is soaked in sarcasm, but the BTHC is Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Michigan is in the NCAA tourney every year and Wisconsin and Minnesota are usually good, but Michigan State medicore at best most years, Ohio State sucks, and Penn State doesn't even have a program yet. That league probably won't be all that competitive.

Agreed. I'm just having some fun, but to bb this is serious. It's water over the dam bb. Still DU should get used to this, it's going to happen a lot this year. As far as the bhhc, I figure the top three will get in but everyone else, not so much. Imagine the knashing of teeth if CC is at the bottom.

Its over, and nothing will change that, but they will continue to hear about it for as long as possible. They are the villains in all of this and they will be constantly reminded of it.

If it is bothering everyone....then I must be doing something right. If you all haven't noticed I'm doing it on purpose.

The first comment, yes, that was 100% pure sarcasm. The second half, where I mention that the rationalization those teams will make will sound a lot like what we hear from 7-8-9-10-11 in the WCHA regarding depth and relative competitive nature. And, honestly, I think the ones who are in that bottom layer of NaCHos will be seeking a way out before long, or will be swimming in a big pool of cheesy regret.

And, for real, telling people to stop is not going to help. Just gloss over and move on, kids.
