Trump basically said it. He's been saying they're the enemy of the people for three years now and just said it two days ago. He was just far less direct with it than Milo.

It's really too bad Facebook won't ban him like Twitter did. He'd have no major outlets left to spew his hatred if they would take charge.

False flag to blame conservatives and their "hatred for the MSM". Specifically Milo and recent comments. I see a couple of posters have already blamed this.

If found guilty, and the state was able, kill him?

I don't believe the state should be in the business of killing people, even murderers. Let him rot in prison.
