    The Governors Cup has been awarded to Fairbanks for the 12th* consecutive year. With the series already decided, we now head back to Fairbanks for two games. Scheduling eight games when the Cup is awarded to the first team to four wins seems unnecessarily drawn out.

    It is a bit strange that UAA is the only team to stream their games on YouTube. Seems like a missed revenue opportunity to sell broadcasting rights. Just please don't switch to FloHockey, their production is terrible and expensive.
