The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
man that place was packed for warm-ups, had a small area behind the bench for our fans, team bus got there a few hrs before game time and the crowd was already there...
could not agree more, the leadership at the SUNY institutions just put all sports at a distinct disadvantage, but its D3 sports so many dont give a F*^k....Coaches will have to adapt and overcome...my daughter is going to play Volleyball next yr at Cortland, they have the past 3 SUNYAC titles...
THE GOOD...we won the SUNYAC,and we have only 1 senior leaving...THEBAD we let up 4 breakaways in the first 2 periods, and it cost us dearly, not sure why this happened, and the third period we got caught many times as well????? THE UGLY...without those 4 breakaways, we had a very good chance at...
Not good when the team does not get involved with the community,I know at Oswego these kids go far beyond of what is expected of them when it comes to community involvement, they do skates with the community and sign autographs for the kids, rake the lawns of the seniors towns people, pancake...
I can only speak for what I saw Sat. night at the Campus Center THE PLACE WAS JAMMED...any empty seats meant that the people where out getting food, which took forever if ya did try and get it....Impressive showing from the students and towns people....and people like me who drove 4 hrs each...
What a game sat night vs the birds, who would have thought a 5-0 first period...Coasted the rest of the way and played smart with only one bad penalty at the start of the third..Looks like the boys are headed to Indiana for a tilt vs Trine, who had a great season as well should be...
yes the line can be looooooong btw periods of a Platty game for sure...Glad the Blueline Club,Oswegos booster club, now has the hospitality room, saves me a bunch of time just to get a drink.....Looking forward to a great game both mens and women's...Let's Go Lakers!!!!
loved playing in Romney, dont think any team liked coming in their and getting used to that rink configuration...We only had a few 200lbers but that was the norm back then, well hell we dont have many 200lbers now either.ow well it was fun in the old barn....Lets Go Lakers!!!
yes hopefully the fans will show at The U and in Oswego....My take is whichever net minder stands on his head or does not have a bad goal get by will take it for his team...also the most disciplined team should have a BIG advantage..
