Utica University 2024-25 - Retooled and Reloaded

He's right in his sweet spot now

My guess is that you'll consider him a really good pickup. He can skate, and has a sharp nose for the net. A really good D-3 player.

I'm not going to attempt to get into his head, but we're talking one season, and that might be a motivating factor for Nick.
Good p/u????? like I said rather have a freshman who can improve over time and be a TEAM player...time will tell, best of luck to the lad

when you have one year left and are playing D3 why not just stay and finish. I mean the degree is the targe
Don't a certain number of credit hours have to be earned in order to qualify for a degree? Last time I checked (decades ago) it was at least 60!?

Pretty sure that you'll change your tune when he starts piling-up points for your Lakers, Drafty.

He's a pure scorer. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him on your first line.

(Funny how goals erase any and all considerations of "character", ain't it?)

all I will say is the locker room is pretty damn important, when there is any divisiveness its not good.....but will not mind a few pts from him if he can keep his nose clean..

In every sport all the time, going way back to Ty Cobb and then some. (And probably some scumbag chariot racer in Ancient Rome...)
Almost every team always has at least one or two...It always comes down to how much do you put up with while counter weighing the talent/skill aspect. Everyone has an end to their rope. Some are a lot shorter than others.

Just about every D-3 team would benefit via W/L from having an Ahern for a one-season stint. Oswego will, too.

He's a big cut above the average D-3 guy, take it from me.
