Would hosting a play in game possibly yield a record for low attendance for a men’s home hockey game? I’m not sure of the exact schedule, but would that end up being on a Tuesday or Wednesday while the students are on break?
Scarlet, we are of a like mind! I asked about this on the UNH thread....We knew it was a BU guy that created the "Who's In/Who's Out" thread, but thought it was Sean Pickett? Carmine posted a link in the UNH thread to a "PlayoffStatus.Com" website that shows the probabilities for each team (sorry, I'm an old guy and not great about hyperlinking and such).Hey, we have no games this weekend. I miss Todd's "By the numbers - who's in, who's out?" thread. In the interest of full disclosure, I haven't looked at the standings. Are we at least in position to host a play-in game? Will no games this weekend help or hurt? Considering two of our last three regular season games are against BC, I'm not holding out much hope for winning those three games.
Honestly, as that assist was happening, I thought it was a result of a mistake and not planned. Like, he overskated it, then managed to make the pass though his feet and lucked out with a goal. One piece of unfinished business from the weekend. That Cole Eiserman assist. It went nuclear on the socials. Did anyone else wonder where that type of creativity and fun has been all season? I know I did.
It's a 4-1 game. BU scores to make it 5-1 and then we get a 20 minute review (Perhaps a slight exaggeration.). No goal. Which begs the question, if it took that long... (I sure wish the highlight package would show it so we can judge for ourselves.). And before you know it, it's 4-3. This team just can't put teams away.
4-5 more games. It's going to be an interesting off-season. Enjoy the Olympic hockey.

I am enjoying the Olympic hockey. I get to see Terriers doing well. One piece of unfinished business from the weekend. That Cole Eiserman assist. It went nuclear on the socials. Did anyone else wonder where that type of creativity and fun has been all season? I know I did.

Not as great a read as Todd's thread, but interesting none the less.
So, it is almost assured BU will not get into the top three spots in Hockey East. And, with UMass having two games in hand (on top of being three points ahead) it is unlikely the Terriers finish fourth. So 7th place... Weee!
*Looks around* - Did I stumble into the Michigan thread?Well congrats to Jack Hughes for that goal!
