Fathead Vance was saying some stuff earlier this week to distance himself from His Royal Heinous. After all the health issues discussed, he’s trying to regain a smidgen of whatever his shitty reputation was before fondling the Predator of the US’s sack.
 
Remember back in the 90's when Republicans were all about saying Democrats were "The Nanny State" and wanted to police everything we thought and did because people wanted to regulate the size of pop or how much poison was in things? Not sure why but I keep thinking about that lately.

Tangent to this, on the road to Grand Rapids, MN, yesterday, and I ended behind one of those blades being hauled to somewhere. It had to be close to 100ft long. It had three escort cars and a state trooper controlling the traffic lights to help it along.

Underreported trade news of the day is that Trump announced that the 15% tariffs on the EU would include pharmaceuticals that have thus far been exempt from tariffs If tariffs on pharma go up 15% this week it'd be a *massive* escalation of the trade war—the US imports $175B/yr of them from the EU

It should be noted Trump says pharma is exempt but the EU says otherwise.
