They play Bryant to start the AE playoffs. The two schools just played a a few weeks ago, with Bryant sweeping Lowell in a three game series down in RI.

UML Recruiting: Finally in the 20s!

Normally in these releases, they do list the college commitment, so hopefully this was just a miss and nothing has changed.

UML Recruiting: Finally in the 20s!

He's a 2009, so he has plenty of time to decide (if we're even interested).

UML Recruiting: Finally in the 20s!

Interesting part of that article, they're still working on the roster for this upcoming season.

UML Recruiting: Finally in the 20s!

Interestingly, with the group that decommitted a while back, all of a sudden Lowell will only have 1 freshman who will be 21 before the season begins (Misha Volotovskii). That's different for this roster.

UML Recruiting: Finally in the 20s!

After reading this article from CHN, I don't think that's true. It appears they're trying to grandfather the current commits in for what you're saying, but from what this says... This push that Adam Wodon is asking for seems to say that if hockey pushes to start the clock at enrollment, they...

UML Recruiting: Finally in the 20s!

So does that mean that the kids that are coming into college hockey at 21 only have 3 years eligibility?

UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

Thanks for this. We have a third netminder on our roster (Goich) but he never played last year, so I'll give him credit for coming back for his upcoming sophomore year. But I think that Moore and Elliot will be fighting it out for the starting spot here, the only difference is that Bazin doesn't...

UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

While it sucks to lose the players we did (especially the brothers), I'm honestly surprised we only had 6 players enter the portal. I guess that speaks to the team still having faith in Bazin.

UML Recruiting: Finally in the 20s!

Probably won't try, but man I'd love to see Lowell go after Maine's Justin Poirier who just jumped into the transfer portal today. He had a 18-11-29 in 27 games for the Black Bears in his freshman year, which would have had him as the highest goal scorer and point getter for Lowell last year.

UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

With all that's going on with the transfer portal and things, it really is confusing to see how these teams put their rosters and recruiting together. Maine had 8 players join the portal and had 5 seniors. They have 7 incoming players through the portal while still having 35 commits on their...
