Is he chasing wins on the ice or a vested pension as a state employee?

Six whole games of observation is not statistically significant. The N is too small.

Not even close. If you get there at 5:45 and see both teams warning up on the concourse, the difference is stark. BC, BU, UMass and Providence come immediately to mind. Even our own players have commented on it. It's more real than you think.

Not sure how many games you've attended this year in person, but this year's edition of the Cats looks significantly smaller than other teams....because, they are. Not even a question.

He is a lame duck coach. He knows it and, more importantly, the team does.

As if those numbers have been validated. Cy lists himself at 5'10 when he is closer to 5'6. I used to bust Cafarelli himself about listing himself one year at 6'1" when he is 5'9" on a big hair day. Take the "official" heights and weights with a major grain of salt. My eyes don't deceive me...

Conditioning has been a systemic issue through the tenure of MS7. UNH is a small team compared to its Hockey East brethren, and historically has been. Once upon a time, when we had the Olympic sheet, we could offset the size differential by having a roster of water bugs like Saviano or Collins...

Not when your defense has developed a taste (and reputation) for giving up shorthanded goals. Completely negates KC's ability to steal a game.

I'm less concerned about the first 4-5 minutes and more worried about the mid second period fade when their legs get tired and they then panic when the puck is in their own zone. It is at the PRECISE moment, their game goes to hell.

Publicly, it was stated it was budget. The reality was it was Title IX pressure and baseball was the only men's team that could be to make parity numbers work without eliminating football or hockey.

Just a day in the life, Potroast. No China today, just dealing with HHS and FDA meetings this week.

Years ago, I was was friendly with a few former BU players. Any time the beer began flowing, the Jack stories would inevitably start. I don't think I've ever laughed as hard in my life.

Notwithstanding your preoccupation with your fellow posters' genitalia in last week's drunken posts, of course, things have gotten creepy indeed.

If I could upload a pic I took last night of Dick, you'd see that he hadn't been this upset by a call since his mock turtle neck era. He was livid. Ref, sitting next to me, witnessed it first hand.
