We're required to do one one-hour training per month. Half the time the trainer doesn't show up and I have to go find an admin to at least find the schedule of who is supposed to be leading it.
As for your second one, we were required to get the vapes back, but at the end of the day, it was our fault that the patient ended up with it in the first place. We search them upon admission, and our searches miss shit. So, the child is eventually going to have to give it back, but "Tie them down and break their arm until they return it" is never the right answer.
