AND a perfect strategy call from Ferrari. They let Lewis win this race- which I think he would have even without the VSC cheap pit stop. Lewis was so much faster than the Mercedes at the end.

No doubt he would have won without the VSC, unless one of the Mercedes crashes him out when he would have tried to pass them.

it is an issue. Will it become enough of an issue to let Ferrari into the game or not. It's already enough that Kimi and George are trading points losses.
I really think this is borderline an emergency for Mercedes, given how many failures they have had all over the grid. At least Charles' problem was with his power steering, and that system has been around for a really long time.
McLaren and Mercedes have both had multiple powertrain faults that resulted in zero points. Only Williams and Alpine have avoided a Merc powertrain failure.
