C'mon Q!
Looks like Drew Hockley is going to Anchorage. Another kid that I liked and thought would be better than he was. Maybe he came in too early. In any event, good luck to him.
Dylan Edwards with the OT GWG goal in game 5 to send Kitchener to the OHL finals. He and Christian Kirsch will await the winner of the eastern conference, which probably will be Brantford ft another incoming Bobcat Gabriel Frasca.
Obviously winner is decided by proportions of Bobcats in the lineup, just ask Colorado. Having two puts Kitchener in a great spot
Good for Edwards though- he was so important to Erie as their captain but also wanted to go for a championship in his final junior season. The Otters did right by him sending him to the Rangers, and he's been great for them. He's got 19 points in 14 playoff games and he should play at least 4 more.
Ted Donato stepping down at Harvard. First Keith Allain, now Ted. He has not looked engaged the past few years so I am not surpirsed. Supposedly looking for a scouting role in the NHL. I saw Reid Cashman as a possibility but not sure why he would leave Dartmouth for Harvard at this point.
Gotta think there's a risk of losing Dumais...Ted Donato stepping down at Harvard.

Some people say that about Rand Pecknold given you guys have such a problem winning the conference tournament. But hey, whatever floats your boat.Ted Donato was the most overrated coach in the ECAC and maybe the entire country.
It's more than Keith Allain. Every Ivy hockey school will now have a new head coach - Whittet stepping down at Brown, Princeton replacing their coach two years ago, Cashman at Dartmouth (he isn't leaving according to a good friend who is a Dartmouth grad and works with the athletic department) and Casey Jones taking over at Cornell. Teddy saw the handwriting on the wall. College athletics is becoming the minor leagues for pro franchises. Just look at the way you guys post about Quinnipiac. Sounds more like you're following a pro program.Ted Donato stepping down at Harvard. First Keith Allain, now Ted. He has not looked engaged the past few years so I am not surpirsed. Sounds more like the Ivies are adapting to the times (except Yale). In regards to QU, they are doing what they need to compete. Hockey is the money sport so it makes sense. Except for Denver, it's not easy being a small school and being competitive each year. Rand is doing that here and kids are graduating. When college hockey becomes like college basketball and football, then I agree college sports is dead. And it may be coming soon. It's more than Keith Allain. Who gives a shit about the conference tournament at times. Would it be nice to win. Yes. But when you win a national championship and play in 2 others you aren’t overrated. He’s also made the ncaa tournament 7 straight years and 11 times since 2013. No one has done less with more talent than Donato in my opinion.
Jealous? Of you guys? Seriously? You have no problem trolling our thread and taking shots at a coach who is retiring and yet we can't respond. Get a life.Jealous much? Get off troll
They did it! Dylan Edwards and Christian Kirsch will come to campus as OHL champions. Kirsch saved 18 of 20 shots and played every second of their playoff run. Edwards assisted on the empty net goal and ended up bloody in the celebration aftermath. was a wild scene, all over his clothes, he wasnt sure where he got hurt...Dylan Edwards with a 4 point game including another OT GWG, this one in double OT to win game 3 of the OHL Championships. Thanks to him and Kirsch's solid play in net they are on the verge of a sweep.
I said Rangers would win based on amount of Bobcats vs Brantford, but this is obviously also true for who they are actually playing in the Barrie Colts, who have 0 Bobcats. That must be why they're down 3-0
I was watching the game on NHL network last night. Those kids all play at a high level. Congrats to the Rangers! They did it! Dylan Edwards and Christian Kirsch will come to campus as OHL champions. Someone eventually pointed out that the culprit was Christian Kirsch's goalie stick from the celebration and a friend found video proof. WhoopsMaybe Edwards can use this to guilt trip Kirsch into paying for meals or getting him chocolate.
