Really? Retailers have not passed the increase on to consumers? Then why has gas gone up 30%+ since March?

119.258

New 10-year high.

147.5 is the all-time high, during the 2008 financial crisis (the prior Republican president). That is 29 points. We are up 29 points in the last 13 days.

The day before Dump started this war it was 67, and we are year over year +95%.

So much winning.

I am so ready for that price to start with a "5" and be a complete asshole about it to many people I regualrly see 😂

We've been hovering around $3.99 for the last month here, except for the usual stations near the freeways that gouge - they're pushing $4.59.

UPDATE: Station half a mile up the road from my house just went from $3.99 to $4.59 overnight.

Oh, and just in case inflation wasn't already a concern, we'll likely be cutting interest rates in June once Warsh is installed as our new Fed chair for the foreseeable future.
I've seen youtube videos from the financial types advising what to invest in if the new fed chair drops rates to 0%

Canned goods and potable water would be the best investments...
