Nothing south of Cleveland, please. Also, the PWHL seems dead set on a 4 team expansion this offseason.

Does this mean the Sirens have to relocate?Nothing south of Cleveland, please.
TBH I'd saw the whole world off below Cleveland. New Orleans and Istanbul are the only places I'd miss.Does this mean the Sirens have to relocate?
You might actually get that. The reports also include that the PWHL is requiring a 10k seat minimum for the arena, putting serious doubts on Denver and Detroit.Nothing south of Cleveland, please.
I swear to God if Chicago is awarded a team at the single worst arena for hockey (Allstate Arena)...You might actually get that. The reports also include that the PWHL is requiring a 10k seat minimum for the arena, putting serious doubts on Denver and Detroit.
That seems like it would put doubts on a lot of cities. But the arena minimum doesn't really matter in that case for a Detroit team. If they don't play at LCA, they won't be in Detroit. There isn't another arena in the city, or even the metro area. Without a seating minimum they could play in Windsor with 6,500 seats, but there's that whole thing going on right now. If not that, then the only close options to Metro Detroit would be USA Hockey, which only seats 3,500, or Yost, which already has space issues. You might actually get that. They have the Whitecaps (High A Baseball)
I think you’re correct on the idea but wrong on the cities. Edmonton is likely. Calgary is almost next to impossible because the Saddledome is pretty much booked up between the Flames, Wranglers (AHL), Hitmen (WHL), and the lacrosse team and Calgary doesn’t have another arena. Denver runs the same issue with Ball Arena and the Avs, Nuggets, and lacrosse plus Kroenke doesn’t play well with others. They could use Magness but the capacity seems to make it a nonstarter. Detroit seems to have similar issues with the Wings and Pistons. If I had to guess, they’ll continue to keep USA and Canadian teams equal for another round. Gun to my head I’d say Detroit and Denver, Edmonton and Calgary.
The Canadian ones are tougher to decide. They’ve done takeover tour games in Winnipeg, Quebec, Halifax, and Hamilton. I settled on Calgary as I figure they’d like the battle of Alberta to be a thing.
No, they play in an outdoor park.Wait, wait, wait. Van Andel hosts baseball? How? There isn't nearly enough room.
Correct. Though I’m now thinking of how an indoor baseball league could work. Possibly a blernsball variant. No, they play in an outdoor park.
I believe the comment was a separate thought about over satuation of the GR market for the size of the city. It has a lot going on considering the population.
Something in the back of my head thinks there was once an indoor softball league. Or at least, a fad where softball was played indoors. There were all kinds of special rules to make it work. I think there was some sports complex on Long Island which advertised it a lot. Kepler, any recollection of this?Correct. Though I’m now thinking of how an indoor baseball league could work. Possibly a blernsball variant.
Hey, it's the Cringe Eyesore Furniture Capital of the Upper Midwest, what did you expect?!No, they play in an outdoor park.
