Prior to my school being about to fund its, well, school, and cutting degree programs, Larson had SCSU in the Frozen Four championship game. There’s only so much you can do to attract good players when student count continues to plummet, there are questions around which athletic and education programs will get the axe, and you’re literally stuck in St. Cloud.
What, but then you add in the locals, who are very anti-university, very racist, and still have Trump 2020 songs in their yards, mixed in with a few 2028 signs.
I will readily admit to having a bit of joy at SCSU’s situation. Not as much as LSSU’s but still.
I can attest to this. When I take the back roads out of Watkins Glen to get back home, it can be ... ummm ... scary...

That’s a good question. The last time I was there was shortly before my daughter was born, but tickets had become fairly expensive for that part of the state. I don’t think the snow hog riders can afford the tickets anymore.
