Some areas still need work - although special teams are better than they were, cannot give up so many short handed chances against us and certainly any short handed goals. Need to learn to play with the lead. granted we have not had the chance to gain much experience doing that up to now but we are at times sitting on a goal or two lead and need to shut teams down. And really need to learn to defend against the extra attacker when the opponent pulls their goalie. Saying that -- pretty damn good show put on at least for almost the first full 2 periods last night!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats to the guys. They have given themselves a chance at a North Country sweep and that is just no something we have seen very often.
P.S.- did anyone else think that CCT had suited up some of their football players on skates last night?? That is one huge, hard hitting, group of boys!!!!!!!!!!!
