Now you’re getting under me skin. You made Buford laugh so hard the spam he was chewing fell right on the floor. The only reason why Merrimack won the game is because it has better facilities and a nicer locker room. Obviously![]()

Echos Mike McMahon's reporting in his post game wrap-up for Merrimack. Warriors have more offensive skill than they've had in recent years. Additon of Gill and Hoskins (transfer from Niagra) has added some scoring punch that UNH is unfortunately missing other than LeClerc.........Easily could have been 6-1 without Chauvette making some incredible saves......
A heater with no wins is like a fart in the windCy is on a heater and he, along with Kyle, will take us to the promised land.
Totally agree. They got a little bit of life back after the Leclerc goal in the 3rd, but it was too little, too late. I saw what appeared to be some eye rolling, heads down, and a few instances of (what appeared to be) lack of effort. There were points in the game last night where it seemed like the team had quit, particularly in the second period. Not something I had really seen from even the worst of the Souza coached teams.
Ok, RENCEB, we are happy to have you post on our thread, and even request that we correctly spell Lawler. But in reciprocation, I now ask you to correctly spell Niagara.Echos Mike McMahon's reporting in his post game wrap-up for Merrimack. Zero chance of Jimmy Torts taking the reigns..obviously 102-127-27 is acceptable to UNH athletics...Perhaps if tonight we get embarrassed in a similar fashion to the last 5 games, some of these alumni will step up and say something to the AD about how far the program has fallen… chants similar to last week from the student section may also resonate with some of them…
Tonight looms very large. If we get shutout again at home I believe that would make 3+ games with no fish hitting the ice (last weeks goal call back notwithstanding). Could this be the straw that breaks the camels back with MS7? What do people think are the chances the AD may install Jimmy T as interim for the rest of the year?
Time to wait and see…

Rather than players progressing under MS7, they simply plateau or regress. If we're honest, most of the current roster is lucky to have received a scholarship offer at all and certainly aren't getting fast tracked to a career in professional hockey.Pretty bad once again…I could only watch the second half of the game, and they couldn’t generate grade A chances. Bad turnovers, bad puck handling - how many times did they leave Chauvette out to dry there?! The announcers even said this could have easily been 4 or 5-1. That last save he had was incredible. SportCenter Top 10 worthy.
They started to lose the face off battle before the Leclerc goal there in the third. He has been a little bit of a bright spot in this recent slog… I wonder how close to 100 career points he will get? I think he’s in the mid 80s now.
If UNH plays like this again tomorrow, it will be an easy sweep for Merrimack, and likely similar chants to last week…
When is UNHs next win?
It's also just "Hoskin", no 's' at the endOk, RENCEB, we are happy to have you post on our thread, and even request that we correctly spell Lawler. But in reciprocation, I now ask you to correctly spell Niagara.![]()
The call on him last night was absolutely ridiculous. He took a cross check to the back. I’m not sure how you can embellish that when you can’t even see it coming. He takes penalties because he’s physical and will actually hit a guy. But yes they are not helpful. The kid is a knucklehead. Averaging 4 min PG, has taken a minor is 6 of the 8 games he's played in. Not helpful...
Mr. HR thinks UNH needs more of guys like him, for his physicality, not dumb penalties...I think that is what stymied UNH last night. We rarely got more than a sniff at the goal when we were in the attacking zone. Puck turned over again and again. Sitting where we were when UNH was in the zone we could see MC muscling them out of the way on too many occasions? Sorry to be so damn negative... WHERE ARE MY POM POMS!!!!! That's his role. He's not on this team for his skating or sharpshooting abilities. The kid is a knucklehead. Averaging 4 min PG, has taken a minor is 6 of the 8 games he's played in. Not helpful...

Midseason? I strongly doubt it. Unless the UNH T-Hall "braintrust" cook something up like they did back in 2013.Tonight looms very large. That’s what I saw. Bad night for Souza. Very troubling. There were points in the game last night where it seemed like the team had quit, particularly in the second period. Not something I had really seen from even the worst of the Souza coached teams.
Hilarious actually, watching you get torn to bits over your facilities uber alles philosophy, and chronic MS7 apologism. Now you’re getting under me skin. You made Buford laugh so hard the spam he was chewing fell right on the floor.
Fixed your postThat’s what I saw. Just another Bad night for Souza. Very troubling.
