This Week: at Minnesota Fri 1/30 7 pm, Sat 1/31 6 pm
Next Week: vs Notre Dame Fri 2/06 7 pm, Sat 2/07 7 pm
Some very concerning stats:
- Save % now below .900 for the first time this year. Goalie play has really been pretty bad the since the new year. Hauser played pretty great Saturday however.
- Penalty minutes per game in the bottom 7 (note 5 of the worst 7 teams for penalty minutes are BIG7 with Notre Dame, Michigan, Michigan State and Penn State all below us);
- Shorthanded goals allowed (1 each the last two weekends).
- Up 2-0 Friday, before giving up 7 unanswered. Up 1-0 Saturday before giving up 3 unanswered (1 ENG).
Really need to clean these up and make hay the next three weekends with @Goofers, vs Notre Dame and
@OSU all below us in the standings. Let the top teams destroy each other. Can they get out of this funk without Morrissey, Zelenov, Shultz and to a lesser extent Fink? I don't know.
