Bringing this back to the top of the thread. I swear I see more pharma commercials on streaming services than I ever did on network. I can count at least 5-6 "new" drugs that are being pushed this year. 2-3 of them are second-gen antipsychotics that are pushed as adjuncts for SSRI/SNRI-resistant MDD, or even for schizophrenia (Cobenfy). The others are all for monoclonal antibody infusions for things like psoriasis.
 
That genie is out of the bottle. This government, this nation, has completely bowed down to corporations and monopolies. Until that changes, those commercials are just the tip of the iceberg.

In fact, I bet the GOP doesn't care about people losing health care because the insurance companies are excited about the higher premiums, and less patients, and more profits.
