if his rhetoric was correct, then he justified his own death as being appropriate and needed. Do you think that is good or bad?

The fact that you use the word "gospel" is quite telling of your projection.

Maybe susan is finally concerned since one of her fellow radical right got killed by means that he fully supported.

Is using gospel now a pc violation? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder when it comes to rhetoric, the last thing anyone needs is some knucklehead on msnbc stating his opinion as fact.

Using gospel isn't PC at all, it's an indication that you live in absolutes, since you consider "gospel" as part of the approval or not of the rhetoric. Rhetoric that Kirk factually said that he thought it is ok that people will get shot to support the 2A that you love so much.

This isn't a religious argument at all, so pretending that words about this are gospel is pushing the conversation into some kind of religious debate.
 
What most on the right are really upset about is not Charlie Kirk’s death, but rather that their power is being challenged.

For so long most of the right has held the view that the left is weak and will never fight back, so they can say whatever they want and do whatever they want with no consequences. Now, all of the sudden, they are staring at the consequences of their rhetoric directly in their faces, and they don’t like it.

The left may have fought back and now they’re frightened by the possibilities.

I am not convinced it is "The Left"...I just don't see many hardcore Lefties going to Sniper School ;)

But the point holds...fascism only works if the people relent. First a Republican tries to kill Trump, now someone who is pretty trained in guns kills Kirk. The people are fighting back.

The Left needs to seize this. Phuck Leadership and Gavin Newsom the people are angry and the people are scared...stop your centrist BS and your Neville Chamberlain "let Trump screw himself" crap and fight. The fighters are winning. Zohran is going to be Mayor. Lander (it would seem) is going to primary (and beat) Dan Goldman. People want a voice, they want someone who will punch a Nazi if needed. They dont want someone who will pretend that evil, hate filled bigots dying is a bad thing.

This country was founded on political violence...and political violence will be what saves it. I am not saying we should do what Trump is now going to double down on (troops in the streets and the trolling to cause violence) but when they threaten us we can either fight back or take a knee. There is no third way here...not anymore.

Well, the longer the person who took the shot goes without being caught, the more likely it’s either a lefty with good planning (because, let’s be honest, righties generally don’t plan very well) or the Israeli theory has more traction.

But yeah, it’s just frustrating to see the fawning from democrats over this. Newsome obviously leading the pack but even Pritzker put out a fawning statement. The right is upset and throwing a tantrum because they got punished for once, and the Democrats are just coddling them.

Seems more likely to me that this was a right wing person hoping to stir up the right into violence. They have been frustrated that they have not been able to start a race war....

The left has literally spent more effort ignoring or discounting the racism of the right that I can't see any of them giving a crap about this tool. Whereas we can see the current line of thinking of the right now that one of their talking heads was shot, even if he actually said we should accept this kind of shooting to support the 2A.

JFC you guys are almost as bad as the righties with the “no one on the left could’ve done this” rhetoric.

Newsflash: There are plenty of people on the left with guns, well trained with those guns, and highly capable, if sufficiently motivated, of committing an act like this. Just because they don’t loudly shout to the world about their ability to shoot someone, doesn’t mean they won’t actually do it.

And you don’t think there aren’t leftists itching for a civil war as well? Again, just because they’re not shouting it out to the world doesn’t mean they don’t exist.
