Wicked Slappaahs
I miss Tie Domi
The net is wide open in Troy...gotta think UConn went after him
I don't think this is a flip. He got cut from multiple NAHL teams and an NCDC team at the beginning of the year. UConn's tweet even says he's going there to be the third goalie. I'd be shocked if he ever gets meaningful ice time there.Or if he preferred UConn.

Interesting decision. UConn lost Tung to the Rangers, but they have a senior goalie Muszelik that actually had more ice time and a pretty good year. They are also bringing in a highly regarded prospect (on the NHL scouting list) from the USHL that has represented the USA internationally. He (I'm too lazy to look up his name) didn't have as good a season this past year so maybe it's not 100% certain that he's the goaltender of the future, but it seems logical that Sanborn will have the honor of being 3rd string for his home state U. UConn has had a lot of goaltender turnover in recent years so perhaps he figures he'll get a shot at some point. At a minimum, with the new roster and scholarship rules he'll have a full ride even if he's mostly a practice goalie.I don't think this is a flip. He got cut from multiple NAHL teams and an NCDC team at the beginning of the year. UConn's tweet even says he's going there to be the third goalie. I'd be shocked if he ever gets meaningful ice time there.
I have wondered ever since Lang was hired if he would bring 6'6" Chase Clark, an NHL draft choice, along with him from AIC. Clark did enter the portal, and if he came, he would be playing for his fourth school in four years. https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/485634/chase-clarkBon voyage. Certainly would have had more ice time in Troy and with the new rules for transfer, if unhappy after the first year could have moved then. Wonder about some sort of other enticement behind the scenes?

The dates on which some of the women are listed as committing on may be considerably after the actual dates.
"Hometown" is sometimes where the player was born and sometimes where he or she currently lives.
I am assuming that Neutral Zone regards their Star ratings as public because they often tweet them with committals.
STRENGTHS according to Neutral Zone (NZ rarely includes them for women):
Aw=Awareness/IQ, Ch=Character/Leadership, GS=Goal Scoring Ability, Sk=Skating, Sp=Speed, SH=Stick Handling Skill,
St-Strength, To=Toughness, Vi=Vision/Passing
Funny that you say this because I just posted about him on the other threadI have wondered ever since Lang was hired if he would bring 6'6" Chase Clark, an NHL draft choice, along with him from AIC.
