Sic has disappeared. If the GOP had a stronger election night last month, he certainly would have made an appearance. Hovey likely won’t respond, but if he does, he’ll remind you that he said early on that if the evidence was there to catch the bigger fish, he would support that. He speculated people like Rhodes would be the highest it gets. I hope he’s wrong. Meadows deserves a long sentence in a federal PMITA prison.

I would say the same thing that I said back then, and said following 1/6. Anyone that the US Attorneys offices or Justice Department think they can prosecute for a crime committed, any crime committed, should be prosecuted.

My speculation to which I think you are referring was that I thought it unlikely the Biden Administration would push for a prosecution of Trump, or that the Justice Department would do so, simply because I didn't think they wanted the public spectacle of it. You forget, I'm old enough to remember Nixon and his departure from office, and subsequent pardon. Nixon certainly committed any number of crimes for which he could have been/should have been prosecuted, but no one wanted the side show. Nixon was essentially declawed and sent into exile, and that was enough for the country.

That doesn't really apply for Trump's minions, just as it didn't for Nixon's. They are all vulnerable to prosecution, and are usually the heads that roll.

I think if Trump had simply disappeared following his defeat, likely a similar result would have occurred. However, I think authorities believe he is currently still a threat, so I think the chances he gets prosecuted are currently slightly higher than I believed back in January 2021.

If a 37 yo man asks a 19 yo girl for her email address, she is going to give him a fake one rather than a real one as he is being a creep. For reference, remember when it happened to you last Tuesday.

Apparently in a video rant follow up he did about Greta, he was seen eating pizza. The pizza box tipped off authorities that he was back in Romania at his house and they executed a warrant for his arrest on human trafficking charges. (Per Twitter)

That's poetic justice.
