From what I’ve read, there’s a not insignificant chance the case gets dismissed before it even gets to trial, and even if it doesn’t, the chances of conviction are low.
I hope the other cases against him proceed to indictments since I think they’re stronger than this one. I don’t want the story next year in the media being “Trump Exonerated: ‘Witch Hunt All Along.’”

Why is a person's kid somehow impacting fairness? That's just making stuff up that is important, and you know it. You are advocating that the kids are not allowed to have opinions, especially if they are made public. Think about that. Do you want your kids to have opinions or not?

If you imply it's a "political trial" because he was elected to office, how in the world can you find any person that doesn't have political opinions? There's no such thing as impartial in that respect- every judge has their opinion on what the law says and how they interpret it, therefore they are all "political".

And the judge isn't going to be the jury. You know, the ones who will decide in court if he's guilty or not.

Given the really obvious and clear bias that went with his appointed judge on with the classified documents in Florida- which would considerably impact YOU far more than this case, and the lack of outcry from that, your are just being a hypocrite.

It's pretty scary that people's kids need to be sequestered for life just to satisfy your possible needs.
