Because of what I said in the post. If what we did with Bolivia in 2019 qualifies (not sure what the criteria for this map even is), the you might as well have said "Cuba 1953 - present"

since they didn't, it seems like they just found random shit like "oh we endorsed a presidential candidate" on Wikipedia and colored in the map.
