Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Germany can all immediately shut the fuck up snd stop complaining about Afghans escaping since they’ve stopped their already meager contributions to helping them get out in the first place due to the increased violence and attacks around the airport. Their military personnel’s lives must mean more than the Afghans’, eh?

This withdrawal sucks but there was really no better way to do it based on the timeline. Imagine if we did this in May like Trump originally planned.

What, you want us to stay longer, and be subject to even more attacks like this? Good plan. How many more years? Another 20? 50? How long, til Afghanistan is a model democratic state, and it's safe enough for us to leave? How long's it gonna take?
