At best they have 2, and in reality they have none. (the two would be Thomas and Kavanaugh) If they couldn't get a dissent for the last case they aren't getting 4 for a case that is a joke.

Who is the SC justice with jurisdiction over the Texas circuit?
 
He had jurisdiction over the PA case that was denied outright.

Will this be the same, or did he just clear that one waiting for this one to come to him?

He moved the date of the PA case just to destroy it. He didn't do it to hear this one. This case is way dumber than that one and Texas has really no standing. The only people who think he burned PA to take up this care are the Parler crowd. Not one lawyer of any consequence gives it much credence.

Put it this way...if the Supreme Court wouldn't allow PA to overrule itself it won't let a different state sue to overrule 4 other States. They don't even have jurisdiction really to do so as the WI Federal Court said yesterday. Even the Executive leaders in their own states aren't allowed to do what Texas is trying to states they have no standing in.

Time to stop even pretending these people are legitimate members of Congress. They are signing up to be counted as Nazis because they fear the Trump's are their psychopathic fans then they must reap what they sow. No more deals, no more negotiating, no more kid gloves.

Oh and since they question the election not one of them should be seated until this is resolved.

Just as long as you remember that this is exactly the same as 4 years ago. When no Democratic anything asked to over turn the election, and no Democratic anything asked any of their supporters to risk their life, and no Democratic anything went to court over anything to try to overturn the election.

Being angry and expressing your opinion is the same as what is going on.... according to some people.

There's only two choices going on here- they are actually trying to overturn a legal vote OR they are trying to scam the heck out of every single supporter of the Racist party. Maybe it's both.
 
Does anyone know why the Retrumplicans aren’t protesting Arizona and Nevada more? PA and MI are especially insane given the final margins.
