Wait wait wait...they filed suit in Claims Court? Unless they are seeking monetary damages they are too stupid to be part of the bar.

So my dad (former attorney) isnt paying attention to any of the cases cause he knows they are stupid and Biden won. I read him the transcript of a couple of the cases (and the affidavits out there) and I could literally hear steam coming out of his ears. He is usually fine with indulging stupidity to try and prove the truth but this stuff is beyond the pale. They are pizzing on people's votes based on double, sometimes triple hearsay and the suits are so wafer thin they cant even stand up to direct questioning from a judge. They are de-legitimizing an entire election over the equivalent of Kristy Swanson's monologue in Ferris Bueller.

And now one of the witnesses admits they are the business partner of trumps campaign lawyer...

That was seriously one of the dumbest things I have ever read. It is a dead heat between that, the lawyer who brought a suit because of fraud but admits to not alleging any fraud and the lawyer who brought a suit based on poll workers not being allowed to watch only to admit poll watchers were allowed to watch.

If this crap was a script for a 2 bit drama on network TV it would be rejected because no one would believe it.

They would just rebrand it a comedy and call it Franklin and Bash (even though I liked that show)...

That show (which I too liked!) had more believable plots and cases than the crap going on in these cases.

They are using "Sharpiegate" as a reason for the overvotes even though they have now admitted they no longer believe "Sharpiegate" is real. (cause it isn't) They are claiming widespread malfeasance but there is a total of 191 overvotes in the county and Trump is losing by almost 100 times that amount. (more people live on my STREET than that) Those overvotes are apparently mostly for the judges and such not the Presidential Election. They call Trump's Operations Director (who is a Sharpiegater) and she has no actual evidence of anything only stuff she "heard" based on what people are "feeling". She also admits that on election Day she didn't raise any issues over any of this meaning she is only doing it because of the outcome. Oh and from what I can tell none of these people checked the SOS web site to see if their votes were counted or not...

You know, it is my belief that I actually got a 4.0 in HS and college and got my JD! I have no direct evidence that I took the classes, turned in the work or received the grade but I know I COULD HAVE done the work and FEEL like I am being denied what is rightfully mine.
