I dont see how it gets shot down...at least not completely. And that will be a nice signal to the Trump Tards and their Lard King...

I'm not sure a SC decision likely to be issued in June of 2021 will have much of an impact on runoff elections held in January of 2021.

Good. If they don't decide it till June then it will have a MASSIVE effect on the runoff elections. Dems can campaign that it's already been overturned.
 
The go-to response for every republican who lost will be "voter fraud cost me the election." The vast majority of all republican voters now believe that widespread cheating by voters and election officials is why it "appears" Biden won more votes than trump in the election. So it's probably good that people have the attention span of a coked-out gnat nowadays. In another month the fraud-fatigue will have set in and people will move on. I hope. I do expect that between now and then there will be some (probably isolated) acts of violence by unhinged trump supporters, so if you plan on attending any rallies in opposition to trump or any states that might do stupid things with their electors, be careful.

Exactly. Campaign that ACA will be killed in June. Give us 2x GA and we will already have passed its successor which will be SCOTUS bulletproof.

1. I'm not sure if people understand what is going on within the Trump camp & the bowels of the GOP. The point of the "count the legal but not the illegal ballots" talking point is to normalize to their electorate that some segment of counted votes are fraudulent. Their hope is

2. to convince state legislators in PA, MI, and WI where the GOP holds majorities to refuse to send Biden electors. Yes, this violates state laws. Yes, the courts will invalidate their claims. But their hope is that over a month they'll have accomplished what they've

Yeah it is this amazing thing that your side never quite seemed to grasp. I bet if you think about it for longer than half a second you can even figure out why.

(plus how is adding the Public Option replacing it? Adding to something != replacing)

The list provided by the Trump campaign includes full nine-digit ZIP codes, each one only applying to a handful of homes on a single street. Rose says she and her husband cast absentee ballots and confirmed that her current and former ZIP codes align with two supposedly "fraudulent" votes on the list.

She said she believes the allegations weren’t thought through.

“The list has addresses that are literally on Air Force bases,” Rose said. “It says ‘Hill AFB.’ I think it says ‘Beale AFB.’ There’s joint bases.”

In total, the list has 21 separate claims of fraud where an Air Force base is listed as a voter's new address. About 170 other ZIP codes on the list have Army and Navy post office addresses, which are used for active service personnel serving overseas.
