Minding the gap
Is it asking too much for a couple of polling errors to go the RIGHT way this time?
Republicans think it's funny to screw with pollsters...that's why errors always seem to favor them.

What is a Polk Cty? OH I'm guessing?
In 2016 and 2018 I poured so much of my time into election work with the union in Ohio I didn't bother watching the returns for more than about an hour in 2016 and maybe 30 minutes in 2018. By the time our polls closed I was so fed up with "the election" I didn't want to pay any attention until we had final results. By 11:00 eastern I shut off the tv and went to bed. This time, I did no election work other than voting and some phone banking from home because my Wisconsin union does no politics. So watching this like I used to and it is making me ill. I know it is early and we have been warned repeatedly that Michigan and Pennsylvania and Wisconsin will take a long time to report, but still....... Right now all I got is God help us.

Fairfax County has been at 28% since I think last week...
I would love to be even more excited about AZ, but I feel like it has been at 75% reporting since the polls closed. :-D
Half of Kos is on suicide watch.
Jesus f-ck, people lack intestinal fortitude.
It was always a long shot that a winner would be declared tonight, but now it looks like we might not even have a good idea who’s won when we go to bed. Georgia has had enough problems that it seems like it will be impossible to project tonight. North Carolina looks close enough that it might come down to late-arriving mail ballots. And we’ve long known that results in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin won’t be final for a day or three. Ultimately, I think the presidency comes down to those three states — which, unfortunately, we know the least about right now.
Oh joy, 538:
CNN seems to be cheer leading too much, trying to calm the nerves of people like me. It isn't working.
NYT drops GA back from 85% Dump to 79%. 58% in but not the big Black counties.
