So no Fernando Alonso team for this next year I guess. Not really a surprise.
I think it will be real eye opening to see who Sky sends out for Spain, and also apparently Cannondale is going to merge with garmin sharp, so someone will be out of a job, no?

The Powder Mountain climb today in the Tour of Utah was pretty impressive though the coverage could have been better. Their at the start of the climb they go to commercial to show us "as much of the climb as possible" they come back show interviews with like 6-7 guys talking about how tough the climb will be and oh what happened the peloton has broken up and Tommy D and Horner are off the front. A minute or two later Tommy drops him and we get to watch Tommy solo for the win.

They announced the preliminary starters for the Vuleta. If everyone is healthy it should be a great race

The Enoco Tour has been brilliant. A stage race entirely in the Netherlands and Belgium going over many of the same roads and climbs made famous in the spring classics. Narrow, twisty roads, crappy pavement and cobbles, and short steep climbs. Way more exciting than the Tour was.

Yes, especially since it and the Bosberg are no longer in the Tour of Flanders. That iconic church at the top of the climb, and the crowds packed onto the little hill in front of it as the climb loops around it. Someday, i am going to ride this.

Serious overhaul to the team. Far more GC/Stage heavy a few dark horses less sprint power.

Velogames team in, and Pappy Horner has pulled out of Vuelta. This is a major blow to my psyche as the thought of him and Froome both going bananas at the same time made me tingle a bit.

Castrovejo scored me more points in the 1st day than I though he would get me the whole tour. We will see what happens with my team this is first time in years I have not taken Contador in a grand tour.
 
Valverde looking to support Contador the rest of the way. What I was hoping would be a special Vuelta is looking like another Alberto cruise.
