For a few years now we show little urgency on the power play. We wait to start up and we seem to just waste so much time

perhaps it is jet lag. But we just look lazy out there. Waiting for th epuck to come to the player instead of skating to the puck. Face offs? Do not even want to think about it.

Is Tironese the #1 center? His faceoff approach is random, on each faceoff.

What a terrible period of hockey. Yikes.

tells you a lot when your two senior defensemen are the leaders on the minus side in plus/minus. I never put much stock in that statistic but defensemen often are not the worst offenders

In almost every game, there are 2 or more clean wins by the opponents deep in our zone leading to immediate chances. Whatever is wrong, is still wrong and will cost us several game this year.
