Yale @ RPI: Black Friday, November 11th

Re: Yale @ RPI: Black Friday, November 11th

Loving the 1980's era VCR type interference in the TW signal. Somebody check the tracking!

Re: Yale @ RPI: Black Friday, November 11th

This one was winable-holding Yale to one goal for 57 minutes-we just are not finishing. We did seem to create more offense than we have done in many games but still just cannot buy a goal. This one is final Yale 2 RPI 0

And that's all I have to say.

Re: Yale @ RPI: Black Friday, November 11th

Wow. You can see the frustration in the team now-they don't understand what's going on any more than we do. Our almost-goals tonight were SO much closer than they've been before-which makes it all the worse when they don't go in. After Bryce was pulled, there was a clear determination to not give up an empty-netter, no matter what it took, and that paid off. Holding Yale scoreless for 54 or so minutes was impressive. There just seems to be no explanation for the lack of finishing, which makes it that much harder to fix.

OK then, we havent scored a even strength goal in the last 3 games. Can we panic about that?

If you want to....

THey had chances tonight, just seemed like every one hit the goalie square in the chest. Laliberte broke in with a great chance in the 2nd and shot it wide. PP needs to be faster. What happened to Bailen's shot from the point on the PP? I recall last year he popped a few in from up there. I can see us scoring 2 or 3 tomorrow.;)
